Food at IBS

We offer typical Central European breakfast including fresh pastries on a daily basis, sausage, cheese, jams, sweet spreads and cereal. The exact composition may vary due to regional and seasonal availability.

During the week lunch is available at the school cafeteria. it varies every day and the kids can choose from two different meals (vegetarian options available).  at weekends we offer typical central european food at ibs.

At 4pm there is a snack provided in the dinning room. Mostly cakes & sweets and coffe & tea.

We expect the students to come to dinner self-reliantly and on time! We serve typical central European dinner, based on regional and seasonal availability. At the weekend we love to have bbq or celebrate seasonal food like “Zwiebelkuchen and neuer Wein” oder “Oktoberfest”.

After consultation with IBS staff students can cook authentic meals from their home countries on days off school. Note that this will be lunch or dinner for all students, therefore planning is crucial! Independent cooking for oneself or just a part of the group is not permitted.
